Flanging is adopted to strengthen the design of the plate locating slot to avoid the deformation of the plate in the course of disassembling and assembling, and the compound locating method of I-beam and rectangular pipe is adopted for the locating on the frame, which is reliable in locating, easy to disassemble and disassemble, and the locating is still accurate after many times of disassembly and assembly.
Line contact seal is adapted for sealing and the gasket can achieve a strong sealing effect with little clamping force. Thanks to the small force exerted on the gasket, the permanent deformation of the gasket and gasket groove is low after repeated disassembly and assembly, which lengthens the service life. The gasket is equipped with a certain number of locating ridge which can assist the locating of the plate and prevent the plate from being deformed. The gasket and the plate are fixed by a buckle, which is reliable and easy to replace.
Pay attention to the design of detail structure: A special bearing box is added to the fastening bolt pair, so that one person can complete the disassembly and assembly process, which makes the inspection and repair more convenient and quick. The bolt pair is also provided with a anti-loosening cushion to prevent the loose fastening bolt pair during the transportation.
