It is a new type of shell- tube heat exchanger, adopting American craft and process and advanced technology. The heat exchange tube bundle is a structure formed by the spiral tube winding in reverse direction, so it is called spiral wound tube heat exchanger.
Each heat exchange tube bundle of spiral wound tube heat exchanger is evenly wound in the shell according to certain rules in spiral structure, which on the one hand extends the length of the tube to make heat transfer sufficient; which on the other hand change the fluid state inside the shell, making the fluid flow in a strong turbulent state, so as to strengthen the heat transfer and greatly improves the heat transfer coefficient.
The stainless steel tube boasts the advantage of high pressure, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance; small size, light weight, easy to install, disassemble and clean. Its heat exchange capability is 3-7 times of that of the traditional heat exchanger, heat transfer coefficient is up to 14000W/㎡℃, work temperature range -30 °c —400 °C, pressure resistance 4.0 MPa.
The heat exchange tube is made of stainless steel 316, and the shell is made of stainless steel 304; the tube pass carries steam inside and the shell pass with water flowing.
◆The spiral heat exchange tube with the same length and the tube bundle with precise space between tube and tube and between layer and layer, make the medium flow through the tube and shell pass with strong turbulence effect, and the heat transfer efficiency is greatly improved;

1.1Buffer at the pipe pass
The two ends of the heat exchanger are provided with a tube box, which is the buffer before the material enters the heat exchange tube. The flow velocity of the material flowing through the heat exchanger decreases, which reduces the impact on the heat exchange tube to ensure the service life of the product.
1.2 Buffer at the shell pass
The heat exchanger tubes at the fluid inlet of the shell pass are designed as a straight section with all tubes reasonably distributed, which have the following characteristics:
①The flow rate of the fluid flowing through here is reduced, which reduces the impact on the heat exchange tube and ensures the service life of the heat exchanger.
②The fluid flows evenly into the winding section and fully exchanges heat with the media in the tube pass.
③The fouling problem caused by local overheating of heat exchange tube is avoided
2.1 The inner surface of the tube sheet of the heat exchanger is flush with the branch pipes, which is able to completely empty the tube and shell without material residue.
2.2 No bulge at the joint of tube sheet and heat exchange tube, no material residue on the surface of tube sheet.
The space between layer and layer of tube bundle and between tube and tube in heat exchanger is rational, with the following characteristics:
① There is no dead zone for fluid heat exchange in the shell pass, and the heat exchange is sufficient.
②The pressure of fluid in shell pass is reduced.
③Strong ability for impurity particles to pass
④Avoid vibration and friction damage of heat exchange tube
The heat exchanger has four pipe diameter series of Φ 8, Φ 10, Φ 12 and Φ 19, with more than 80 specifications and models, which ensure the reasonable flow rate of fluid in tube and shell pass under different process conditions, to ensure the service life of the heat exchanger and to meet safety production requirements.
The heat exchanger can be customized according to the needs of customers, such as increasing heat exchange area of standard products, changing the connection direction, connection size or making variable adapting connection.
The maximum diameter of heat exchanger can reach 3500mm, the maximum length of heat exchanger can reach 30m, and the maximum heat exchange area of heat exchanger can reach 20000 ㎡
